A few helpful answers
Where can I download Rintocco?
We are preparing the Android closed beta. There is no public download link yet. Invited testers will receive instructions from the developer when the test is available. An iOS version is not currently available.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. Enter your card’s payment dates yourself. Rintocco does not connect to banks or read transactions, and does not make payments for you.
Why am I not seeing reminders?
Check that reminders are enabled in Rintocco and notifications are allowed for Rintocco in your Android settings. Battery restrictions and Android’s background scheduling can affect delivery time. Reminders are intended to help you plan your day, rather than act as exact-minute alarms.
What is the difference between pay-by and due date?
The pay-by date is the date you plan to make your payment, allowing time before your card’s due date. Check your issuer’s statement and payment processing times when entering dates. Rintocco does not verify dates with your bank.
Will Rintocco know when I have paid?
Not in the current version. Rintocco tracks the dates you enter; it does not check payment status. Dismissing a notification does not record a payment.
Can I recover data after uninstalling?
Rintocco does not offer its own cloud backup or account recovery. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove your saved cards and settings. Any device-level restoration depends on Android and your device’s backup configuration.
Where can I read about privacy?
Our privacy policy explains local storage, notifications, device backups, and information you voluntarily send to support.
